Overview
Welcome to the official page of Marjan Bojadziev, Provost
and Rector of the University American College Skopje.
As an experienced professional, manager of many companies in
Macedonia and member of numerous boards in professional
organizations, my aim is to transfer the knowledge to the
future generations.
I believe that through participant-centered learning, I can
lead my student on the path of becoming bigger, brighter and
better members of our society.
During my career I have been working or participating in
many companies that required my skills in fields such as:

management,
•
leadership,
•
organizational behavior,
•
organizational citizenship and culture,
• finance,
•
marketing,
•
strategic management and thus like.
These are the business related topics that I like discussing
the most with my students and colleagues.
I firmly believe that a person stops living when they stop
learning, so I am always eager to become even more
knowledgeable about organizations, leadership aspects in the
emerging markets, leading an organization from start-up to a
market leader etc.
I am willing to help expanding the GLOBE research project in
Republic of Macedonia and to develop practical skills as
well as theoretical knowledge for my students and to create
working knowledge for junior and middle managers. |
